Addie was really disappointed that this was her only bike. She got this as a gift from her cousins for her first birthday, and now she's a little too big for it. But we haven't bought a bigger replacement yet. So yesterday, Carter wanted to ride bikes and of course Addie had to follow along. Stu and I felt so sorry for her as we watched her look longingly down the street at Carter, desperately trying to keep up.
Then she decided it would be better to carry it
Being a good brother, Carter sat down to console her a little. (He also caught me taking pictures and posed a hug)

poor, poor girl :(
Awww. It must be hard to keep up with such an active big brother. Carter cracks me up, not wanting to miss a photo op.
Great pics. love the one of her dragging the bike. Cute kiddos. Just a thought... don't do the pink barbie type bikes - we did those and had to sell them at a garage sale because we couldn't pass them down to Little Michael. Wish I had thought about that before we bought each of the girls pink and purple bikes :-)
