We packed up the kids went to the Portland Adult Soapbox Derby this year at Mt. Tabor. We went on a whim, just finding out about it the morning of, and had a really great time for lots of reasons:
1. Fast and funny cars
2. Lots of people watching
3. Totally free
4. Kid friendly
5. Cute outfit ideas for me to copy
6. Lots of people watching
Yes, the people watching was the best. Think boy scouts who never grew up mixed with hairy hippies...good times. {And no, neither of those types provided the cute outfit ideas}

I actually got some really good pictures with the picture burst feature on my camera, I just can't figure out how to extract them from each other!
