In anticipation of Halloween {not that it needs anymore anticipation than the thought of free candy}, we have had some fun dinners this last week. Here's a couple (crappy) pictures I took of...jack-o-lantern sloppy joes, and silly pumpkin chip dip. We've also had bugs in a blanket, made sugar cookie pumpkins, and will be making nutter butter bugs tomorrow. 
I totally thought the kids would love having chips/dip for dinner...let's just say it was a less-than-thrilling reaction with the comment "that doesn't even look like a pumpkin." Nice

Love your pumpkin creativity. And that totally sounds like my kids. I get all excited for a meal and they all hate it :-)
