Last Friday, after a week of constant begging, we let the kids have a sleepover in Carter's room. They were so excited. The usual antics ensued - each of them getting up to go potty a couple times, jumping on the bed, screaming, turning lights on and off. Pretty soon things settled down. Except that Addie kept getting up and running down the hallway. We would tell them to go back in the room, and Carter would yell down in a tired voice that it was only Addie, and he wanted to be sleeping. Pretty soon, I just asked Carter if he wanted the sleepover to be done, and he gladly said yes. Guess what...there hasn't been any asking for sleepovers this week. I think Carter learned that sometimes the idea of something is a lot better than actually doing it, at least when you have a pesky 2-yr-old little sister.

That's so funny. At least now he knows what it's like.
Aww, Addie is so adorable... and apparently has WAY more energy late at night than Carter!
