All the primary kids got up in church to sing a few Christmas songs. When he came back down to our bench, Carter says, "I did awesome!"

Since it snowed (yay!), we decided to watch Frosty the Snowman. At the end, when Frosty melts in the greenhouse and Karen is crying about it, this was the convo.

Carter: "why is she crying?"
Me: "because Frosty melted"
Carter: "well, he's just a snowman," with his hand held up and a puzzled look on his face.
